About the Role
As part of the new Geely Capalaba team, you’ll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience and helping establish the brand from the very beginning.
You will:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle solution
- Deliver exceptional service from first enquiry through to handover
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively and follow up opportunities promptly
- Represent the Geely brand with professionalism, confidence and enthusiasm
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve strong sales outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- A professional approach and customer-first mindset
- High motivation and solid time management skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Current driver’s licence
